When first opening a video, press
pause (on the playback controls) and leave the video for around one minute.
This will allow your browser to download enough of the video to stream
smoothly.
Depending on your
connection speed, you may need to leave the video paused for longer than one
minute.

Check to see that no other files downloading while you are viewing the
course.

Check to see that no other PCs that are connected to your network are downloading
files.
